The Paid Ads Engine

Paid ads run against numbersyou can actually see.

Paid ads for B2B fail quietly: spend goes out, a report arrives a month later, and nobody can say which rand produced which lead. The Paid Ads Engine is built around measurement first — pixel and conversion tracking installed before the first campaign, and a live dashboard showing spend, cost-per-lead, and ROAS as they move.

We build the whole system: creative concepts and copy in your brand voice, audiences from your ICP, landing pages designed to convert, and campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Every spend-affecting change is signed off by a human before it goes live.

How it runs

Inside the paid ads engine.

01

Tracking before spend

Pixel, conversion events, and analytics are installed and verified first. If a lead can't be traced to the ad that produced it, the campaign doesn't launch.

02

Audiences from your ICP

Custom audiences, lookalikes, and account-based targeting built from the same ICP work that drives outbound — including retargeting pools of people already engaging with you.

03

Creative made to be tested

Hooks, angles, and formats produced as a set, launched as experiments, and scaled or killed on the numbers. Landing pages are built to match the ad, not to a generic template.

04

Optimisation with a human gate

Agents watch performance continuously and recommend scale, kill, or iterate. Budget changes and new campaigns always pass through a human before they touch your spend.

Questions

What B2B teams ask us about paid ads.

Which ad platform is best for B2B lead generation?

It depends on deal size and audience. LinkedIn targets by job title and company but costs more per click — it suits higher-value deals. Meta reaches the same professionals at lower cost with strong creative. Google Search captures buyers already looking. Most B2B companies do best with a mix, weighted by where their cost-per-lead actually lands.

What ad budget do we need to start?

Enough to get statistically meaningful data per platform — typically a few hundred dollars (or a few thousand rand) per month per channel at minimum. We'd rather start on one platform with a workable budget than spread thin across three. The intake scopes a number to your deal size and market.

Do you create the ads or do we?

We do — concepts, copy, and creative direction in your brand voice, plus the landing pages they click through to. You approve creative before it runs. If you have brand assets or a designer you love, we build with them.

How do you measure whether the ads are working?

Pixel and conversion tracking are installed before launch, so every lead traces back to its campaign, ad set, and creative. You watch spend, cost-per-lead, and ROAS in a live dashboard — the same numbers our pricing is judged on, so there's no incentive to dress them up.

Who owns the ad accounts and the pixel?

You do. Campaigns run in your ad accounts with your pixel on your site. If we ever part ways, everything — accounts, audiences, creative, tracking — stays with you.

How fast do paid ads produce B2B leads?

Search campaigns can produce leads in days because the intent already exists. Social campaigns typically need one to three weeks of learning and creative testing to find a stable cost-per-lead. We set that expectation in the plan rather than promising week-one miracles.
