Who we are

SalesHive (Saleshive Recruitment (Pty) Ltd, registration 2024/701260/07) is a South African company that builds and runs growth systems — outbound, paid ads, and content — for B2B companies. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and the rights you have over it under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, where it applies, the GDPR.

What we collect

• Information you give us — when you complete our intake or email us: your name, role, work email, phone number, company details, and what you tell us about your goals and budget.
• Usage data — via Google Tag Manager we may load analytics and advertising tags (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel) that collect device, browser, and page-interaction data through cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal you asked for.
• To provide and improve our services and this website.
• To measure marketing performance and reach relevant audiences.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf — including hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta), and the tools we use to operate client campaigns — under their own safeguards, some of which are located outside South Africa.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and intake information is kept while we are in contact and for as long as needed to serve you or meet legal requirements, then deleted. Analytics data is retained per the settings of the platforms above.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to its processing. Email info@saleshive.co.za and we will respond promptly. You may also lodge a complaint with the South African Information Regulator (inforeg.org.za).

Cookies

You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics via Google’s browser add-on. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to use this site.
