1. Who these terms cover
These terms govern your use of saleshive.co.za, operated by Saleshive Recruitment (Pty) Ltd (registration 2024/701260/07), a company registered in South Africa (“SalesHive”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them.
2. The website is informational
Content on this site — including engine descriptions, pricing structure, and dashboard illustrations — describes how we typically work. It is not an offer. Client engagements are contracted separately in a written proposal or agreement, whose terms prevail over anything on this site.
3. Your intake submissions
Information you submit through our intake must be accurate and yours to share. We use it to assess fit and prepare a proposal, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an intake creates no obligation on either side.
4. Intellectual property
The site’s design, copy, and branding are ours. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission. Deliverables we build for clients are governed by the relevant client agreement.
5. No guarantees from site content
Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside any provider’s control. Metrics shown on this site are illustrative. Any performance commitments we make are set out only in a signed client agreement.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under South African law, including under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
